We are currently seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator. This role will be situated at our Memphis Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adopt a safety-first approach
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the workspace
  • Achieve and maintain forklift certification
  • Assist with tasks including Picking, Packing/Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Receiving/Put-away functions
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of efficiency and quality while being an active team member
  • Report any equipment, order, location, inventory, or process concerns to the appropriate team member
  • When uncertain, consult with your lead, supervisor, or coordinator as necessary. Collaborate with supervisors, coordinators, inbound, inventory control, and outbound personnel to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as required

Work Schedule:

Full-Time:
Monday - Friday
1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

Part-Time:
Saturday & Sunday
5:00am - 3:00pm

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with warehouse management according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience in forklift operation and material handling is essential
  • Background in a distribution center or large retail environment
  • Experience with Stand Up Counterbalance Dock Stocker Truck
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated team player; must promote an inclusive workplace and respect all aspects of diversity
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continuous and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems is advantageous

  • The pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour for the 1st shift and includes a shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Actual compensation may vary based on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
