Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at Kestra Financial Independent Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, financial operations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to financial advisors and clients, including scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client information, including contact details, account data, and correspondence.
  • Process and submit account paperwork, requests, and transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with client meeting preparation, including assembling necessary documents, generating reports, and scheduling appointments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and internal partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Series 7 and 65/66 licenses, or ability to obtain.
