We are in search of a National Sales Manager for our Performance Coatings division. This position is perfect for a sales expert with extensive experience in high-performance coating systems within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of regional and national contractors, focusing on industrial projects and architectural/commercial specifications.
  • Prepare sales proposals, estimates, and presentations.
  • Drive the acquisition of new business and broaden the existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with coatings contractors to enhance sales.
  • Transform competitive specifications to our branded offerings.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, dealers, and contractors.
  • Manage client accounts while providing technical assistance.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives effectively.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with high-performance coating systems.
  • A proven history in resinous flooring and decorative concrete sectors.
  • Engagement with General Contractors, Owners, and Key Decision-Makers.
  • Outstanding presentation and training capabilities.
  • Proficiency in overcoming sales objections and boosting sales volume.
  • Experience in cold-calling and managing territories.

Location: Candidates located east of the Mississippi River are preferred, particularly those in Ohio.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Identify and secure new business prospects.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Manage expenses while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
