At Local Infusion, we're shaping the future of specialty infusion care. As an Insurance & Intake Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate detailed referral and intake processes, ensuring seamless patient care
  • Provide outstanding customer and physician service, fostering strong relationships
  • Collaborate with referring providers to obtain necessary documentation and communicate patient status
  • Communicate referral process and status to patients in a customer-centric manner
  • Assist in maintaining medical inventory and office supplies
Requirements:
  • Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional patient experiences
  • Healthcare experience required, with prior experience in infusion therapy preferred
  • Insurance prior authorization experience and medical terminology knowledge
  • Ability to quickly grasp new apps and utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
