We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our Occupational and Speech Therapy department in Augusta, GA.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and a passion for children and families. As the Program Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our therapy services, including intake, marketing, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the ST/OT Program at Able Kids
  • Manage new client intake and orientation process
  • Document client interactions in EMR client profiles and ensure accurate insurance information
  • Manage daily schedules, track staff and client attendance, and adjust as needed
  • Communicate updates to therapists and leadership teams
  • Assist with marketing and advertising responsibilities, including social media engagement
  • Create and publish weekly schedules for in-house staff
  • Order therapy items and materials as needed for in-house therapists
  • Help with recruiting Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist
  • Coordinate and track scheduling of outside OT and ST
  • Handle email and phone correspondence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services
  • Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in OT, ST, and/or ABA therapy services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work as part of the team
  • Therapy authorizations, intake process, and medical billing experience preferred
