Position: Warranty Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying EControls' standards for processing warranty claims.
  • Initiating RMA (return material authorization) requests for clients.
  • Ensuring precise documentation of all warranty-related paperwork.
  • Collaborating with Quality Engineering and cross-departmental teams to resolve warranty challenges utilizing the 8D problem-solving approach.
  • Monitoring non-conforming product returns and materials for further analysis.
  • Coordinating with Accounting and Sales teams to ensure accurate credit application.
  • Overseeing the warranty process for returned components until resolution.
  • Providing technical assistance and ensuring the delivery of quality information to internal teams.
  • Generating detailed analysis reports for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a one-year certificate program from a college or technical institution; or three to six months of relevant experience; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
