POSITION OVERVIEW
Accountable for the daily acquisition of grant and entitlement claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough reviews of clinical documentation for billing efficiency, ensure precise billing and tracking, and collaborate with clinics to rectify billing discrepancies and gather necessary information.
Provide regular updates on critical performance indicators to both staff and management.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Additional coursework in billing and coding is advantageous. A minimum of three years of robust experience in third-party billing or collections is essential. Two years of experience with 1500 and 2017 claim forms is preferred. Familiarity with a clinical or hospital setting is required.
