Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, providing highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests' needs.
  • Front Desk Operations: Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, and process payments, while maintaining a cash drawer and operating office equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience, ensuring safety and security of the property, staff, and guests.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation, with strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
