Job Overview:

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales enablement platform utilized by the Pharma Services division. This position is integral to ensuring that Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Site teams have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales enablement platform, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all users.
  • Evaluate access requests and manage user permissions in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Address user inquiries and content-related issues, collaborating with content authors to resolve concerns.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform, staying updated on new features and capabilities to recommend best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the customer success manager for the sales enablement platform.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Training teams to enhance platform usage in line with business objectives.
  • Modify the sales enablement site as necessary, creating new pages and features to meet user needs.
  • Analyze user engagement metrics and content performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Create training materials and user guides to facilitate better understanding of the platform among colleagues.
  • Assist in the content upload process and conduct regular audits to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the Marketing Communications Manager in initiatives aimed at increasing platform utilization and value.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in marketing or sales operations within a complex B2B environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing administrative support for sales enablement platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative virtual team setting.
  • Proficient in learning new systems quickly.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms is essential.
  • Industry experience is advantageous.
