We're offering a base salary of $60,000.00, plus a performance-based commission structure that rewards top performers. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a range of perks, from flexible paid time off to ongoing training and development opportunities.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and business development, focusing on advanced communications solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Developing and delivering sales presentations that showcase our latest products and services
- Identifying new leads and generating new business opportunities through targeted prospecting activities
**Education and Experience:**
We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5-7 years of experience in direct sales. A strong background in technology and a proven track record of success in sales are essential.
