Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales, maintain and exceed sales goals, communicate client needs to the operations team, generate sales leads and prospects, and make direct sales calls and presentations to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, follow up with registered clients to build relationships, create initial orders, and keep clients actively using our services.
- Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with field employees, and manage field employee relationships.
- Information Management: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, field employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of sales and business development principles, including cold calling, canvassing, and generating new business leads.
- Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results.
- Reliability and Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this role.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 per year.
- Uncapped Commission: Eligible for commissions based on performance.
- Auto Reimbursement: Monthly auto reimbursement.
