NICU RN Night Shift Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a NICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to NICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
