Job Title: Cloud Territory Director

At TechBiz Global GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Territory Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and managing existing customer relationships within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition and Growth: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Strategies: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing customers.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within the territory.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of sales and customer success professionals within the territory.

Requirements:

  • Proven record in sales and reaching targets in the cloud MSP industry, including sales management experience.
  • Experience with AWS, AZURE clouds - Mandatory.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing nature of the Startup market, and can pivot and learn quickly.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a good business sense.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and 'people skills'.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
