About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Survey Manager to lead our team in the Midwest Region. As a key member of Premier Global Links, this role is ideal for a seasoned leader who excels in managing survey projects, building strong relationships with clients, and guiding a team of professionals. The Survey Manager will oversee survey technical staff, ensure project success across quality, budget, and schedule, and drive results through effective project coordination and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a skilled survey team to meet project schedules and client requirements.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and manage external survey subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control practices for final survey deliverables.
  • Develop project proposals, establish fees, and review proposals for accuracy.
  • Maintain company safety standards and regulations.
  • Communicate consistently with team members and operation managers to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (LPS) registered in Indiana.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in land surveying.
  • Ambition to obtain additional licensure in other states.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining safe work practices.
