About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of seller and branded accounts by regular business communications, goal setting, assortment planning, and fostering a growth mindset.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and grow our seller cohort, including marketing, supply chain, site experience team, and more.
What You'll Do
  • Influential Communication: Build professional networks, communicate effectively in challenging situations, and promote ideas that meet business needs.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Translate industry and business knowledge into actionable insights, supporting business case development, project delivery, and process updates.
  • Entrepreneurial Innovation: Optimize revenue by sourcing products efficiently, monitoring sales and customer feedback, and identifying innovative business methods.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in account or vendor management, omni-channel merchandising, or a related area OR bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Digital literacy and analytics.

  • Competitive salary range: $84,000 - $156,000 per year (Hoboken, NJ) or $91,000 - $169,000 per year (San Bruno, CA).
