Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Contact Center Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive contact center solutions that meet the evolving needs of our BFSI customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology-enabled solutions that drive business outcomes.

In addition, you will conduct discovery workshops and training sessions to educate customers on various contact center offerings. To succeed in this role, you should have minimum 10+ years of experience in contact center technologies and business strategies, as well as proven expertise in omnichannel, automation, and customer journey analytics.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
