About the Role

As a Student Services Lead, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance on internet connectivity, mobile wireless, and cable-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences, ensuring every interaction is positive and empowering.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and clearly communicate with customers, addressing their technical concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internet connectivity issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
  • Provide phone, chat, and email support, leveraging previous experience in customer support roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, ensuring you're equipped to handle complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, with a strong background in technical support.
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
