Job Summary

As a Community Development Planner at CyberCoders, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and reviewing development proposals, ensuring compliance with planning principles, regulations, and policies. Your expertise in GIS and ArcGIS Pro will be utilized to map and analyze community data, providing valuable insights for project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review development proposals, ensuring compliance with planning principles, regulations, and policies.
  • Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and conditions.
  • Assist in gathering, compiling, and analyzing data, preparing maps and graphics for various stakeholders.
  • Communicate with community members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Obtain necessary zoning and development permits for community projects.
  • Utilize GIS and ArcGIS Pro to map and analyze community data.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Planning, Development, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in community development/planning.
  • Experience with subdivision design and subdivision layout.
  • Familiarity with zoning permits and development permits.
  • Proficiency in GIS and ArcGIS Pro.
