Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our Base ecosystem internationally. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy for Base, working closely with cross-functional teams to build our pipeline and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for Base, including product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Be the voice of the customer and trusted advisor on how current and future developers' needs inform product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, regional teams, design, communications, community, etc. to build our pipeline and improve conversion rates.
  • Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives.
  • Think big about the future of crypto and how we can bring businesses and developers into the cryptoeconomy more quickly.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of product marketing experience.
  • Poweful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment-oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention.
  • Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Ability to come up to speed on technical topics quickly.
  • Ability to form strong relationships with a sales team.
  • Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working on crypto products and strong knowledge of crypto.
  • Experience working on developer products or blockchains.
