About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planner Lead for Fraud Production to join our team at USAA. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models to forecast workforce capacity and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex predictive models to forecast workforce capacity and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business intelligence and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Lead the development of short-term and long-term tactical and strategic capacity plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide expert knowledge of workforce management tools and data analysis techniques to drive business insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate complex capacity planning topics to executive management and other stakeholders to influence change and drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Analytical, STEM, or Economic field of study.
  • 8 years of experience in workforce management, including the utilization of workforce management tools and data analysis techniques.
  • Expert level experience using diverse data applications and visualization tools, such as SAS, Tableau, and NICE WFM.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change vertically and horizontally across the Enterprise.
  • Subject matter expertise and comprehensive understanding of business operations across all functions.
