Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and oversee both technical and non-technical training initiatives and educational materials to ensure personnel are well-trained and qualified to perform their roles in a compliant, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Review and maintain training programs, regularly evaluating learning strategies to ensure alignment with technical requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Support the creation, compilation, evaluation, and reporting of relevant training metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with departmental management and subject matter experts to create, develop, and implement compliant educational materials and assessment tools in support of training goals.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and technical proficiency through appropriate evaluations, effectiveness assessments, and qualification criteria.
  • Ensure all training documentation is precise, comprehensive, and readily available for review by supervisors, management, external partners, or regulatory bodies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector or educational training field. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic and international good manufacturing and distribution practices regulations, adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective training techniques.
  • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, Distribution Center operations, and business processes associated with external partners and departments.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, negotiating, facilitating, consensus-building, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, approachable, patient, and supportive demeanor.
  • Adept at analyzing situations, interpreting applicable regulations, and recommending optimal solutions for various issues.
  • Effective written communication skills and excellent oral presentation abilities.
  • Capable of teaching and assessing knowledge transfer across all employee levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software applications utilized for tracking or delivering training (e.g., Articulate).
  • Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is required.
