Pharmacy Manager Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive business growth. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

Requirements:
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Listed on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'
  • Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

CVS Health offers a competitive salary range of $87.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs.
