Position Overview: Customer Service Representative I
KLINGER GPI is in search of a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative I to enhance our operations.

With over forty years of expertise, KLINGER GPI serves various regions in Texas, specializing in the oil and gas industry by providing high-quality gaskets, seals, and hydraulic tools.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative I
- Manage and process orders through various communication channels
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure order fulfillment
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and improve job performance
Qualifications for this Role
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial oil and gas sector
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Competence in computer applications and online tools
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
Compensation
The initial salary is determined based on experience.
