Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to enhance our customer service and sales operations. This role is pivotal in developing your customer service expertise, which can lead to advanced opportunities within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via phone to assess their needs and guide them towards suitable products.
  • Effectively manage multiple computer applications for data entry and research tasks.
  • Ensure accurate order entry into our systems.
  • Operate within a call center environment, utilizing a computer system to collect and analyze consumer information.
  • Meet productivity benchmarks and objectives set by the organization while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a client support role within a business-to-business context is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center setting is preferred.
  • Background in sales, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and accurately assess their needs.
  • Proficient negotiation and closing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with navigating websites and internet browsers.
  • Basic understanding of mathematics and percentages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and a reliable attendance record.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
  • A commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and the adoption of new practices.
  • Local residency is required.
  • Must pass a typing assessment (minimum 35 wpm).
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred, but proficiency in English is essential.
