Daily Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative I
In this role, you will manage customer orders and inquiries from external sales through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will also coordinate orders with our suppliers. Comprehensive training will be provided on all job functions, including our ERP system, product knowledge, pricing structures, and M365 applications.
Qualifications for the Position
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably within the industrial oil and gas sector. We seek individuals who demonstrate initiative and possess a positive attitude that aligns with our company culture. Proficiency in computer usage and internet navigation is essential. You will receive training on our ERP system and are expected to become proficient in customer service-related tasks. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will interact with customers, vendors, and team members through various mediums. Familiarity with our product lines and customer demographics will enable you to deliver exceptional service.
Compensation
The starting pay will be determined based on your experience level.
Work Schedule
This position requires working from our office during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
