Key Responsibilities
  • Provide infusion therapy to patients in their homes, ensuring accurate and timely administration of medications.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, current health status, and treatment plans to deliver personalized care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, address concerns, and optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans, medication management, and self-care techniques.
  • Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in a clear and concise manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and a minimum of 1 year of experience in infusion therapy or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of infusion therapy, medication management, and patient education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.
