As a key member of our Mortgage organization, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Origination: Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and is responsible for sales calls.
  • Loan Processing: Develops and prepares loan solutions, refers products and services, and reviews documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Risk Management: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Banking Products: Knowledge of banking products, including mortgages, and ability to recommend solutions to clients.
  • Client Prospecting: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Customer Needs: Understanding of customer needs and ability to develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Financial Analysis: Ability to collect and analyze customer financial information.
