We're seeking an experienced PC Solutions Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts. You'll identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the assigned customer/prospect base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the extended sales team, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on PCs and IT services.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $266,000 - $345,000, which includes base salary and commissions (60/40 split). As a Dell Technologies team member, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
