Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and national professional standards.
- Direct and supervise nursing staff to ensure adequate hospital coverage and quality care.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders to design and provide patient care and services, including availability of sufficient, qualified nursing staff.
- Develop, present, and manage budget for nursing services.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement activities and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- 3-5 years of experience at a nursing director level or greater.
- Current nurse's license in the state of Pennsylvania or a current multistate license (MLS) from compact member states/territories required.
