Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all project phases from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Create and manage project schedules and financial plans.
  • Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project advancement and ensure work quality.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to senior management and clients on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare construction projects or strong MEP experience preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
