Overview:
Join our dynamic team at UTAC Group as a Lead Process Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes through innovative solutions and meticulous analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) recipes for new product introductions (NPI).
2. Assess inline process requirements to ensure optimal performance.
3. Conduct thorough defect analysis and provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams including Process, NPI, Electrical Engineering, and Manufacturing.
4. Analyze yield investigation reports and establish procedures to address low-yield tools effectively.
5. Lead cross-departmental initiatives aimed at yield enhancement (Continuous Improvement Process).
6. Monitor yield metrics and prepare comprehensive weekly reports for stakeholders.
7. Review and update specifications to align with industry standards.
8. Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) on various metrology tools, including Bump Shear, Pull, X-ray, probe tools, and XRF tools.
9. Analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to evaluate bump characteristics.
10. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working instructions on the production line.
11. Provide support for AOI and metrology-related challenges in production.
12. Conduct gap analysis on specifications and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automated Optical Inspection (Visual Inspection).
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Experience with CAD and statistical software is a plus.
