- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, including productivity, quality, and safety.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact production, including equipment maintenance, supply chain disruptions, or employee performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in a production leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
