  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Monitor and report on production metrics, including productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact production, including equipment maintenance, supply chain disruptions, or employee performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in a production leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
