Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Specialist to join our team at IntePros Federal. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving their technical issues, and ensuring that their systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Administer user accounts and email accounts using Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
  • Configure, deploy, and install desktop hardware and network hardware
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the Department's Automated Message Handling System
  • Measure customer satisfaction using a three-question survey
  • Provide input to the OCIO SDS Daily Operations report
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Preferred skills: Support National Security Systems Public Key Infrastructure (NSS PKI) and Intelligence Community PKI (IC-PKI) lifecycle management
  • Security+ certification
