Job Summary:

IntelliBridge is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will provide technical and end-user support for commercial PC operating systems, COTS, and/or custom applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows client or server operating systems in a network environment, as well as experience in network operations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and end-user support for commercial PC operating systems, COTS, and/or custom applications.
• Assist with implementing new commercial software and other technology deployments and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve PC software/configuration problems, referring more complex issues to senior personnel.
• As required, install, test, and configure software and/or monitor system/server performance.
• Assist in instructing and training new staff.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years experience in customer/user service, in providing technical and end-user support for commercial PC operating systems, COTS, and/or applications software in person and over the phone.
• Two (2) years experience working with Microsoft Windows client or server operating systems in a network environment.
• Two (2) years experience in network operations and support.
• Two (2) years experience in diagnosing and resolving PC, server, and printer problems.
• Knowledge of remote access/diagnostics software such as Microsoft SMS/SCCM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ certifications are preferred.
• Must be able to achieve and maintain a Public Trust.
