Job Description

The Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Childcare Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring families have access to quality early childhood education and care services throughout the greater Boston and North Shore area.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with center and family child care directors to identify enrollment needs and develop strategies for growth.
  • Partner with the Divisional Director of Child Care Services to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate program information to parents, caregivers, and community organizations.
  • Attend site meetings to discuss enrollment opportunities and provide support.
  • Track data related to state waitlists and ensure timely enrollments.
  • Verify family income and service needs prior to coordinating appointments.
  • Facilitate meeting discussions during monthly directors meetings.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with low-income families and individuals.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in early childhood education or social work.
  • Familiarity with vouchers, income-eligible contracts, and DTA vouchers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service settings requiring public interaction.
  • Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous professional manner when interacting with the public.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient internet usage skills.
  • Local travel required; valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle access.
