The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in Porter Square, MA. As a key member of our community, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
- Manage a diverse patient panel with varying needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or at testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits.
- Pursue ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities.
- Collaborate closely with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures and supervise NP or PA colleagues.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- An accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program completion or current enrollment.
- A minimum of two years' experience in outpatient primary care, seeing patients of all ages.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board eligibility with plans to obtain certification within one year.
- A valid state license in Massachusetts, obtained prior to starting with One Medical.
