We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to support our Apprenticeship Program at Neighborhood Villages.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the program, including recruitment, registration of participants, serving as a point of contact for participants and their mentors, collecting paperwork, and providing technical assistance throughout the program.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-directed, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior directors to determine how best to support apprentices, mentors, and employers
  • Recruit and register participants into our Apprenticeship Program
  • Ensure enrollment targets are met or exceeded for each training series
  • Schedule and coordinate training series with multiple training partners
  • Support training partners in onboarding and orienting program participants
  • Provide technical support to participants regarding online trainings and required materials
  • Coordinate provision of key materials, such as laptops and textbooks, to apprentices
  • Work with partner organizations to distribute and collect evaluation materials, pre- and post-training
  • Support apprentices and mentors in filling out Work Process Plans, receiving Related Technical Instruction, and completing On the Job Learning
  • Coordinate regular community of practice meetings for apprentices and mentors
  • Maintain up-to-date records of apprentice, mentor, and employer information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of program management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.
