Position Overview

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Specialist to enhance our operational capabilities.

As a prominent provider of Nondestructive Testing (NDT) services across various sectors such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and Aerospace, Acuren Inspection is committed to excellence in inspection and integrity management.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will independently manage projects and technical tasks that are crucial to our operational success. Your comprehensive understanding of engineering processes and your ability to innovate and manage multiple projects will be essential. You may also be required to prepare and present findings, as well as lead specialized teams to tackle technical challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing Mechanical Integrity programs.
  • Conducting API inspections and evaluations.
  • Overseeing technical activities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support various industries.
Essential Functions:
  • Execute a variety of complex assignments that require technical expertise and innovative thinking.
  • Work autonomously on medium-scale projects that support operational goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry standards and operational requirements.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Interpret client needs and develop appropriate responses.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and enhance training initiatives.
  • Administer and uphold mechanical integrity standards and procedures.
  • Support inspection data management systems and ensure database integrity.
  • Conduct thorough integrity assessments and develop comprehensive work scopes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ASME codes.
  • Experience with project management and process development.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in data management software.
  • Knowledge of NDE techniques and their application in inspections.
