The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to flexible work hours.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with two years of experience in assembly and/or manufacturing.
