Job Title: FFDR Systems Engineering Manager 3 Campaign Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and integrate FFDR systems to ensure success at the culminating event.
  • Manage risks and opportunities associated with FFDR MPE, ensuring timely delivery of content.
  • Provide down-and-in event support to other product segment teams across the program.
  • Establish and facilitate regular FFDR review / working group sessions regarding readiness metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Technology (STEM) and 8 years of relevant experience; OR a Master's Degree in STEM and 6 years of relevant experience; OR a PhD in STEM and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a formal management position.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
  • U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.
  • Experience in working with subcontractors and customers at all levels.
  • Experience in program reporting.
  • EVM certified with experience on reporting and VARs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ICBM experience.
  • Communication and leadership skills and experience leading small teams in a dynamic work environment.
  • Large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program.
  • Experience with technical reviews for large scale and complex system development.
  • Experience with implementing and using model-based systems engineering tools, practices, and methods.

Salary Range:

$156,000 - $246,400

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
