Exciting Opportunity for a Thread Lead - Staff Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Thread Lead - Staff Systems Engineer to join our Sentinel program team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of system capabilities and ensuring the successful implementation of our program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of system capabilities and ensure the successful implementation of our program
  • Partner with program leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective horizontal and vertical thread integration
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across program, customers, and stakeholder communities
  • Engage in formal and informal mentoring to support knowledge transfer and talent development
  • Execute special projects as needed for their assigned threads
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with a minimum of 14 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; 12 years with a master's degree; or 9 years with a PhD
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • Experience in team environment with leadership responsibilities
  • Experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation
