Sentinel GBSD FFDR Systems Engineering Manager 3 Campaign Lead

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Manager 3 to lead the First Flight Design Review (FFDR) Campaign for the Sentinel program.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and conducting lower-level build-up activities and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) to ensure a manageable risk posture for a successful FFDR MPE. They will also be responsible for briefing executive program and customer leadership, developing and managing handling plans for risks and opportunities associated with FFDR MPE, and ensuring content is captured, presented, and delivered on time to support the campaign events.
Responsibilities:- Establish and conduct lower-level build-up activities and TIMs to ensure a manageable risk posture for a successful FFDR MPE.
- Brief executive program and customer leadership on FFDR MPE progress and plans.
- Develop and manage handling plans for risks and opportunities associated with FFDR MPE.
- Ensure content is captured, presented, and delivered on time to support the campaign events.
- Compile and deliver the FFDR data package, including understanding the technical products that are input to the data package.
- Create strong partnerships with other product segment MPE leadership teams.
- Support data reviews and interpretation and implementation advisement for program plans, procedures, and checklists.
- Manage and reforecast the MPE schedule based on coordination with all impacted stakeholders.
- Lead FFDR planning during detailed rolling wave planning activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Technology (STEM) and 8 years of relevant experience; OR a PhD in STEM and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a formal management position.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Experience in working with subcontractors and customers at all levels.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Experience with implementing and using model-based systems engineering tools, practices, and methods.
