Job Title: Advocacy Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advocacy Supervisor to join our team at Voices for Children. As an Advocacy Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the dependency children assigned to CASA volunteers receive the advocacy they need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the children's best interests are presented to the Court by CASA volunteers.
  • Provide supervision and support to CASA volunteers in the exercise of their duties.
  • Establish at least monthly contact with all volunteers and maintain detailed records concerning all contact with volunteers and other parties involved in a child's case.
  • Conduct annual evaluations with each volunteer and provide a written record of the evaluation in the volunteer file.
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent experience in volunteer management, social work, case management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
