Radiology Center Manager

At RadNet, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of radiology. As an Imaging Center Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our team of professionals to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Talent Development: Assist with hiring qualified team members and maintain a low employee turnover rate.
- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and oversee imaging center and department team members, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
- Business Development: Actively promote and seek out new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
- Goal Achievement: Develop strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
- Change Advocacy: Advocate for change to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Technical Skills: Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
- Patient-Centered Care: Demonstrate a passion for patient care and exercise sound judgment in all situations.
- Effective Communication: Show effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
- Structured Work Approach: Demonstrate a structured work approach, understand complex problems, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Management Skills: Possess excellent management skills, including sales and customer service, public relations, time management, clerical skills, bookkeeping, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management.
- Technical Experience: Have previous experience at a similar volume medical facility, with technical experience in imaging being a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written communication.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Have knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
- Computer Skills: Possess general computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Education: A four-year degree in business administration or healthcare administration, or six plus years of experience in the radiology service industry and/or management experience is preferable.
