Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Solutions Specialist II to join our team at First Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our Financial Solutions Center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Operations and Compliance: Protect customer privacy and security, adhere to audit guidelines, and mitigate risk by following FCB policies and procedures.
  • Grow Consumer Relationships: Establish and grow relationships with customers through marketing campaigns, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Deepen Consumer Relationships: Stay connected with customers, generate appointments, and identify opportunities for consumer lending.
  • Personal Development: Engage in activities that drive growth, including building product knowledge, staying up-to-date with digital products, and participating in peer-to-peer coaching.
  • Customer Experience: Live our Mission and Core Values, champion our Customer Service Promise, and maintain the highest standard of conduct and account integrity.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment.
  • Excellent communications skills, passion for helping others, and motivation to learn.
  • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and bank systems.
  • Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
  • A valid driver's license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.
