Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and related duties under the direction of a physician
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide education to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (for Physician Assistant) or Master's degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioner)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Certification from a national accrediting body (e.g. NCCPA for Physician Assistant or ANCC for Nurse Practitioner)
  • Current Massachusetts licensure and registration (for Nurse Practitioner)
  • Over 3 months of experience in a healthcare setting
