We are seeking a talented Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our team in Wareham and Dartmouth, MA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of an individually assigned Physician, Office Manager, or Designee, you will perform a wide variety of patient care and related duties. This may include:

  • Providing direct patient care and education
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Providing leadership and guidance to other healthcare professionals
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (for Physician Assistant) or a Master's Degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioner)
  • Graduation from an A.M.A.-approved Physician Assistant program or a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Current Massachusetts R.N. registration (for Nurse Practitioner)
  • Massachusetts License authorization to practice in an expanded role
