  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as updating policy and procedure manuals, organizing and maintaining electronic and hard filing systems.
  • Security Systems: Learn and master security systems, including Lynx Duress Alerts, Infant Abduction System, Video Surveillance System (VSS), and Badge Access Control Systems.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, given the sensitive nature of the information in the department.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate effective implementation of clerical skills, office management skills, and responsibility for professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate, Technical School, Certificate with emphasis on Office Management, Word Processing, and Computer skills, including spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience: At least 3 years proven experience as a lead secretary.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer attendance reporting, spreadsheet reports, and knowledge of office equipment, including desktop computers, printers, copiers, laminators, and 2-way radios.
