Job Overview

Rivermont Schools is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Associate to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide instructional support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental disabilities, implementing assigned tasks, methods, and techniques from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to implement appropriate services and support students in achieving their goals.
  • Provide individualized instructional support to students using ABA and VB techniques, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies, FERPA/HIPAA regulations, and student/counselor confidentiality.
