About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rollins, a global leader in pest management services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer service calls with a friendly and professional greeting
  • Communicate with service technicians to meet customer requirements
  • Proficiently navigate our Windows-based and web-based systems to perform data entry
  • Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
  • Use strong communication skills to communicate and empathize with customers
  • Perform outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances
  • Receive payments from past-due customers
  • Work well within a team environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
